What Internet Browsers are Recommneded?
Newer versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Netscape have been tested for use with the portal. The AOL browser is not compatible with the portal.
What Browser setting wil i need set for the portal?
Check the cookes are enabled (usually set under Internet Options and/or Security Options)
Allow Pop-Ups (If you have a Pop-Up blocker, choose accept all Pop-Ups from this site)
Allow ActiveX (usually set under Internet Options and/or Security Options)
What is my Password?
Your initial employee or student password is your 6 digit date of birth .
Example: June 4, 2011 Password = 060411
How can I get my password reset?
Policy for Password changes: Passwords will be reset for the owner of the account only, not anyone else (family/friends/co-workers) Students and staff can contact the IS Help Desk by phone (269) 965-4148 or in person to have their password reset. To identify the caller as the owner of the account, some personal information will be requested. For walk up assistance, students can stop by the Help Desk, Customer Service Center, Regional Center offices, and many Student Services departments.
